GRASS FED LAMB

Our lambs are born in the spring and grow very quickly on mother's milk and lush, green pasture.  They continue to graze as long as possible into the fall, moving into the barns on a diet of our best home grown hay as winter sets in.  All lambs are processed under USDA inspection and packaged for sale as individual cuts.  Our currently available cuts are listed below.
