GRASS-FED, GRASS-FINISHED ANGUS BEEF

Our Angus beef herd calves in two groups, one in late spring and one in early fall. This allows us to provide a more consistent supply of quality, naturally raised beef to our customers. Cows and calves spend as much of the year as possible in the fresh air and sunshine on our native grass pastures. In times of inclement weather, they are given refuge in our barns to keep them clean and comfortable. We prefer to finish our market beef animals on premium quality grass hay and silage bales. Our beef is all processed under USDA inspection and packaged for sale as individual cuts.
